Study on Formation Mechanism of Pre-stressed Anchor Pressure Arch Based on Safe Co-Mining of Deep Coal and Gas

It is challenging to assure safe and effective gas mining due the surrounding soft coal rock roads in deep high mines being extremely loose broken. One of ways arrange pre-stressed anchors a certain area roadway rocks form compression arch with joint action rocks, but lack in-depth systematic research on formation mechanism arch, effect difficult give full play. The typical microstructure was observed by borehole camera method, mechanical performance parameters were measured laboratory. distribution characteristics different bolt spacing, pre-tightening force, length along arrangement direction additional compressive stress surface straight wall semi-circular numerically simulated analyzed. According uniform range size small fluctuation inside rock, superposition stress, thickness strength preload analyzed, reasonable determined. results show that significantly affect arch. spacing × b = 600 mm mm~400 400 mm, force F 50~90 kN, L 1500~2000 Δσc −1.480~−1.589 MPa, m −266.67~−533.33 mm.
